What is White Glove Service?
While our normal motor freight delivery includes "curbside" service, some customers require additional assistance to get their mobility equipment out of the box and set up in their home. Our White Glove Service makes sure that all you need to do is instruct our delivery people where you want your product set up!
What Does White Glove Service Include?
This service includes the following:

In-home delivery of your new mobility product.

Unpacking and setup of the product in the room of your choosing. If the product is to be set up on another floor other than the main entrance, an additional charge may apply.
- A visual inspection and operational test.

A basic "how to" lesson on proper usage of your new product.

Removal of the equipment's product carton, if you desire.

Due to liability reasons, we are not permitted to perform the following actions:

Dismantle your product so that it will fit through small hallways or stairs (other than basic seating and standard removable parts).

Move any existing furniture or remove and/or dispose of any existing furniture.
