Most orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS. Most items should arrive on your doorstep 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. Larger scooters, power wheelchairs, and some non-folding wheelchairs will arrive via a freight company, who will contact you to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you. When we email you with your order confirmation, we will give you an estimated ship date. Certain types items may take longer to arrive including:
Ultra Lightweight Wheelchairs - Custom ultra-lightweight wheelchairs will take 2-5 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Please call about specific delivery times for your order.
Power Chairs - Most transportable and standard power wheelchairs ship within 1-3 business days. Custom chairs with unique seating selections or other custom options can take from 2-3 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
Scooters - Transportable scooters ordered by 3 pm CST Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will arrive in 3-5 business days. Most other standard Pride Mobility and Drive Medical scooters ship within a few days, and will arrive via freight.
International Shipping - We do not ship to international addresses at this time and only ship to the 48 states in the continental US.
